Mindy Belcher is a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience helping clients reach their nutrition and fitness goals. Her approach to nutrition counseling involves flexible lifestyle modifications utilizing motivational interviewing and intuitive eating techniques. Mindy’s areas of specialty include weight management, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pre-diabetes/insulin resistance/diabetes, hypertension, heart, diabetes, family menu planning, and more.
One-on-one nutrition counseling includes an individualized nutrition plan based on your needs and goals. An initial assessment will run up to 60 minutes while we explore areas such as medical history, medications and supplements, current eating habits, behavior modification, and more. This time is devoted to you, focusing on your needs and concerns so that we can tailor the best plan possible to reach your wellness goals.
Follow-up sessions are a great way to evaluate your progress and ensure you are on track to meet your goals. They typically run about 30 minutes and may include assessments which involve tracking of weight, body measurements, and the discussion of your personalized nutrition plan.
